Dr Ashvini Jakhar
Founder & CEO
Dr Ashvini Jakhar is the Founder & CEO of Prozo, India's integrated 3PL/4PL supply chain platform serving 120+ brands across 53+ fulfilment centres and 3mn+ sq ft of managed space.
A trained doctor from the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune, he served as Surgeon Lieutenant Commander in the Indian Navy before transitioning to management consulting at McKinsey & Company. He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business.
He founded Prozo in 2015, building it into a platform that processes 8mn+ D2C shipments annually with 50%+ CAGR revenue growth. Under his leadership, Prozo has achieved the best capital efficiency in India's logistics sector — a 2.1x revenue-to-funding ratio.
Prozo is the only integrated supply chain company in India with in-house capabilities spanning warehousing, fulfilment, D2C freight, PTL freight, FTL freight, B2B/EBO distribution, and proprietary technology (ProWMS, ProOMS, ProSHIP, Control Tower, Command Center, PACE Engine). The company maintains 95%+ customer retention and serves marquee brands including Aditya Birla (TMRW), VIP Industries, Neeman's, Marico, Bata, Philips, and Reliance.
