How this works ?

Short URL Generation: We generate a short URL for you, completely white-labeled which works on your shipment data.

Policy Configuration: You define customised global and SKU level return policies in ProShip. Configure the reasons for which you will accept returns. Additionally, define the time until which you will accept returns example 7 days post delivery.

Return Request Process: Customers (via an OTP verification process) select the products they want to return and place a return request. Optionally, have the customer upload images along with the return request.

Approve or Reject Return Requests: All requests land into your ProShip panel. You review the request and approve or reject the same. As soon as you approve, we assign the most optimal shipping partner to pick the goods from the customers doorstep.

Reason based quality checks at pickups: Depending upon the reason selected by the customer, our courier partners do a thorough quality check at customers doorstep.

Real time notifications: As soon as the pickup happens, ProShip receives a real time notification confirming that QC was successful and the shipment was picked up from customers doorstep.

Refund or Replace: You can now issue a refund or replace as per the policy with absolute confidence.
