Can I use custom shipping labels with all courier partners?
Yes. ProShip's label designer generates labels compatible with all 30+ integrated carriers. Your brand identity stays consistent regardless of which courier fulfils the order.
How does the escalation management system work?
When a shipment exception is detected (delay, damage, lost), ProShip auto-creates a ticket in Freshdesk with full shipment context. Tickets are classified by type and priority, routed to the right team, and tracked against resolution SLAs.
Are NDR call recordings stored permanently?
Call recordings are retained as per your configured retention policy. They're accessible directly from the ProShip dashboard, linked to the specific shipment for complete audit trail.
Can I set different QC rules for different product categories?
Yes. SKU-wise QC parameters are fully configurable. You can define different quality check criteria per product — for example, checking tags for apparel vs checking seals for electronics.
Do these features work with ProShip standalone (without Prozo warehousing)?
